Long Valley Health
Center's
Board of Directors

Long Valley Health Center is a
private, California non-profit corporation, and has received Federal
tax-exempt status as a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation. The
corporation's affairs are governed by a volunteer Governing Board
composed of members of the community, the majority of whom are
typically also users of Health Center services. The Board
meets
on the third Monday of each month at the Health Center and its meetings
are open to the public. All Board vacancies are filled by
appointment by the Governing Board which has full and sole authority in
making these appointments.
