PRIMARY CARE

Below are the Primary Care Medical Services we provide at our Long Valley Health Center medical clinic in Laytonville.

Primary Care

Long Valley Health Center provides a wide range of Medical Services for acute and chronic health conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, and asthma. Experienced doctors and nurses are trained to provide comprehensive health care, regardless of age, sex, or type of illness, with special emphasis on prevention.

Whether patients are sick or just in need of an annual physical, our providers are concerned with the total health care of patients. With our Behavioral Health Services integrated into the medical processes, a patient’s entire physical and mental well-being are considered when addressing health issues.

During a patient visit to Long Valley Health Center, a provider will review your medical history, vital signs, and other important readings and information. If necessary, further tests will be ordered to determine a diagnosis. Long Valley Health Center’s providers – and when needed, a behavioral health specialist – will then create a treatment plan which may include medication, dietary changes, minor surgical procedures, or other care as needed. A follow-up visit will also be scheduled.

Due to rising food costs, Long Valley Health Center has started a community garden. Come walk through our garden, enjoy the outdoors, and pick some vegetables for your next meal.

With superior clinical expertise and experienced providers right in your area, our team is committed to meeting all of your health care needs in order to help you live well and feel your best.
