Now you can pay your bill or co-pay online or through your Patient Portal.
There Are 3 Ways to Pay Your Bill Online
Follow the instructions for the payment method you prefer.
Pay Online With Statement Code
Pay online at https://healowpay.com/HealowPay/jsp/healow/login.jsp
A statement code will be printed on your most recent patient statement. Enter your Statement Code and Last Name and click Login.
Pay Online Without Statement Code
If you do not have a statement code, after clicking the link above to "Pay Online Without Statement Code," please click on the link "Click Here if you do not have the Statement Code" to gain access with a one time verification code. You will be asked for your Name, Date of Birth and Phone and then be sent a one time verification code to confirm your identity.
Pay Bill In Patient Portal
If using your Patient Portal, you will see your Statement information on your Patient Portal dashboard. Once logged in to the Patient Portal, click on "See Statement Details and Pay this Bill."
