Who We Serve
Who can receive care at Long Valley Health Center?
Anyone! Long Valley Health Center offers services to individuals of all ages, regardless of ability to pay. Additionally, the following methods of payment are accepted:
Partnership Health Plan recipients who are assigned to our physicians as their primary health care provider
Medi-Cal recipients who request to see one of our Medi-Cal-approved physicians as their primary health care provider
Most privately insured individuals who choose Long Valley Health Center as their health care provider and Medical Home
Uninsured individuals will be charged for services based on an income sliding scale. There will only be a minimum charge per visit.
