Acupuncture
Long Valley Health Center provides Acupuncture on Tuesdays.
What Is Acupuncture?
Acupuncture is a form of traditional Chinese medicine that uses very thin needles placed at specific points on the body. Treatment may help support the body’s natural healing processes, reduce pain and tension, improve function, and promote overall well-being.
At LVHC, acupuncture care may also include cupping and Tui Na, a form of Chinese therapeutic massage. Treatments are individualized based on each patient’s symptoms, health concerns, and wellness goals.
When Should You Consider Acupuncture?
Acupuncture may be helpful for people looking for additional support with pain, stress, headaches, digestive concerns, women’s health, and other acute or chronic conditions. Adam works with patients of all ages and develops an individualized treatment plan based on each person’s needs.
