Janet is a highly skilled Family Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of nursing experience and eight years of providing primary care to patients of all ages. We’re excited to welcome Dr. Andrea McCullough, MD, to our medical team! With nearly two decades of experience in family and emergency medicine, Dr. McCullough is passionate about providing compassionate, comprehensive care to patients of all ages. Fluent in Spanish and deeply connected to the local community, she’s committed to improving access to quality healthcare for all. LVHC receives HRSA Addressing Social Risk Factors Award for 3rd year in a row
For the 3rd year in a row, Long Valley Health Center has received the HRSA Addressing Social Risk Factors Award. LVHC earned this badge because we have increased the percentage of patients who received case management services in the last two years from 3% to 10% of our patients. The annual Community Health Quality Recognition (CHQR) badges recognize Health Center Program awardees that have made quality improvement achievements in access, quality, equity and health IT. In 2024, we were also awarded the Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) Recognition and Advancing HIT for Quality badges.
LVHC Welcomes Jodi Parungao, MD
Long Valley Health Center is excited to welcome Jodi Parungao, MD to our Care Team and community. Dr. Parungao is a board-certified family medicine physician and obstetrics fellow who will be seeing patients 3 days a week and serving as Long Valley Health Center’s Medical Director.
