A Record Year for Patient Care
In 2025, Long Valley Health Center served over 3,000 patients. This is the most patients we have served since 2015.
For a small, rural health center in Laytonville, this is a big milestone. It shows the growing need for care and the confidence patients have in our services. Some patients travel from as far as Crescent City, nearly five hours away, to receive care here.

Welcoming a new Nurse Practitioner, Janet Byrd, to expand primary care
Hosting UCSF dental students this spring, helping train future providers while serving patients
Opening a new satellite clinic at the City of Ten Thousand Buddhas in Talmage
Using new CAD/CAM dental technology, which allows us to create dental crowns faster and more accurately
